Head to the Galaxy Corperation and purchase the Quarries; "The Desert Idol" "The Winged Traveler" "The Ancient Fairy" "The Labyrinth Terror" First head to Rosa and teleport to the Labyrinth/Maze of Chaos. Use a Nebuladon egg at the teleporter to battle.. OPTIONAL BOSS BATTLE; Pandora (Recommended level 50) HP; 28,000 Drops; 5,500 Exp, 1,546 Zehn, Sealing Sunsphere, Dark Music Box, Trumpet of Glory, 17,500 Hunter Points The first thing you need to do in this battle is break his barrier with the Barrier Break Shot. Treat this like a Mimic Battle. Use skills like Illusion Sword and make sure you stay healed up at all times. He can kill a character quite quickly. Buff skills also help. Either way he isn't that much harder than any old Mimic. Cash in for 17,500 Hunter Points. Your next destination for quarries is the Leo King Ruins. Teleport to Leo King's/Near the Entrance and head into the first room. Use a Zipangu Axe at the "Thinking Circle" to battle.. OPTIONAL BOSS BATTLE; Kemkel Muk (Recommended level 50) HP; 28,000 Drops; 5,500 Exp, 1,635 Zehn, Unicorn Hatchet Very easy hunt since it is rather slow and easy to hit. Use buffs and Illusion Sword and watch its HP drop like a rock. Fifteen second battle. Now treat yourself at the teleporter to an easy 16,000 Hunter Points. The other two you will complete momentarily. Now make your way to Kuja Desert. o-----------------------o | Rosa, Kuja Desert | o-----------------------o o---------------------------------o This is probably the shortest dungeon in | Treasure Chests Found (15) | the game but holds some very good items. o---------------------------------o Upon entering the desert, you will |Dragon God Skull | encounter a sandstorm which does make it |Divine Blessing x2 | a little tricky to see chests. Search |Biomemory | beside the big doors for two chests |Moebius Battery | containing DRAGON'S GOD SKULL and DIVINE |Flame God's Stone x2 | BLESSING x2. Follow the path and take a |Energy Charger | left at the branch to find three chests |Trumpet of Glory | containing BIOMEMORY, MOEBIUS BATTERY and |Tri-Elixir x3 | FLAME GOD'S STONE x2. Now follow the other |Spirit Bell | path and continue until you reach another |Rose of Passion x2 | fork. Take the left path and stick to the |Biofeedback Circuit (Star Key) 22| right side to find a chest containing |Mimic | ENERGY CHARGER. A little further ahead |Cursed Mask | there will be a another scene with Chie |Twin Uroboros | and Miyoko. There is a shop here that |Tri-Resurrection x4 | you can purchase Rose of Passion. Get what o---------------------------------o you need and continue up ahead to a | Enemies found in area (10) | teleporter. There will be another scene. o---------------------------------o Say yes to giving the old man some water. |Flame Tortoise (30) | |Jarvil (25) | Save and continue forward to find a three- |Pad Worm (30) | way split in the path. Take the central |Hill Giant (20) | path first. Just path the next path to the |Stone Worm (30) | right search on the left side for a chest |Yellowfly (25) | containing TRUMPET OF GLORY. Continue on |Death Skeletar (30) | ignore the path to the left. A little o---------------------------------o further ahead there is a chest containing TRI-ELIXIR x3. There is also a "Thinking Circle" there if you purchased "The Desert Idol" Use an Alluring Lamp to battle.. OPTIONAL BOSS BATTLE; Demonlord Ronfaoh (Recommended level 50) HP; 23,000 Drop; 5,000 Exp, 1,645 Zehn, Typhoon Shield, 13,500 Hunter Points This guy sure packs a punch. He can one or two punch you to death so be sure to heal. With the sandstorm it's hard to tell the damage he does, so be ready with items. Make sure you use skills like Illusion Sword and any buffs you have. Despite being a giant enemy you can attack anywhere with no barrier. He should fall fairly quickly. At your next opportunity cash in for 13,500 Hunter Points. Continue foward to find a chest containing SPIRIT BELL. A little further ahead there will be a teleporter. Save, and then turn around take take the path to your left. Up the path there will be another teleport. Continue ignoring the path to your right and there will another scene. Say yes to sucking out the poison. Search a little further ahead for chest containing ROSE OF PASSION x2. Up a little futher is a chest containing BIOFEEDBACK CIRCUIT (Star Key). Now continue forward until you reach the starting point of the three-way split. Take the far left path this time. Up the path a bit there is a chest containing a Mimic. Further ahead there will be another scene. Take the bag of coins, and continue down until you reach another teleporter. Save, and continue down and you will reach a chest containing CURSED MASK. Continue foward, ignoring the path to the right and you will reach a chest containing TWIN UROBOROS (Star Key). Save at the teleporter and continue down the path and you will briefly encounter a scene. Say yes to seeing her husband, no he is not well, hand over the bag of coins. Continue forward and grab the chest containing TRI-RESURRECTION x4. Further ahead there is another teleporter. Six in such a small area.. Continue on and you will reach another scene and be in Johannasburg. o------------------------o | Rosa, Johannasburg | o------------------------o o---------------------------------o Upon entering search just ahead in front | Treasure Chests Found (15) | of a windmill for two chests containing o---------------------------------o EDENSIA x2 and LUCKY CLOVER. Head towards |Edensia x2 | the central plaza to meet the old man from |Lucky Clover | the desert. Check inside the house you are |Sun key (Star Key)(23) | at for two chests containing SUN KEY (Star |CO2 Powder x2 | (Key) and CO2 POWDER x2. In the center of |Lunar Ribbon | town you will find a shopkeeper who sells |Mimic | both Trumpet of Glory as well as Ancient |Izerium Alloy | Scroll III. Get what you need and if you |Storm Shield (curse trap) | want use a Hoho Bird Feather with Jupis as |Ultra Spicy Pepper x2 | your leader at the "Thinking Circle' to |Sunstalker Bow | battle.. |Ancient Scroll III | |Perfect Heal x3 | OPTIONAL BOSS BATTLE; Brutish Hawk |Trumpet of Glory | (Recommended level 51) |Lunar Ribbon | HP; 23,000 |Star Traveler's Outfit | Drops; 5,000 Exp, 1,663 Zehn, Archfiend's o---------------------------------o Blade, 15,000 Hunter Points | Enemies found in area (5) | o---------------------------------o Once that battle begins you can switch |Wall Gigant (20) | to any character you want as your leader. |Dark Vulture (20) | Use skills like Aromatic Boost etc,. |Fire Doll (30) | and use Illusion Sword to dish even more |Death Mask (30) | damage. He can hit hard, so be ready to |Gold Mask (30) | heal. After a while he will die without o---------------------------------o any real problems. Collect the 15,000 Hunter Points from the teleporter. Before heading to the south area of your map search outside and in the buildings for chests containing LUNAR RIBBON, Mimic, IZERIUM ALLOY, STORM SHIELD (curse trap), ULTRA SPICY PEPPER x2 and SUNSTALKER BOW. Now head south on your map and into the next area. Save at the teleporter and search around the two builings for chests containing ANCIENT SCROLL III, PERFECT HEAL x3 and TRUMPET OF GLORY. When your ready enter the far house for a scene and battle.. BOSS BATTLE; Johanna (Recommended level 51) HP; 19,510 Clones; 10,000 (each) Drops; 6,500 Exp, Sealing Sunsphere, Lucky Clover, Perfect Reviver This battle is quite hard. Not only are you alone but you have more than one target during parts of the battle. You must keep your HP up as a priority and block when needed. Even then you take decent damage. If Clones spawn use Desert Wind Lv.3 to kill then. Two or three to them should do it. When they are beaten you should try and use Illusion Sword and hammer away at Johanna. Be careful not to go too far when attacking because you may need to block or heal quickly. After taking off about a third of her HP you will transform again like you did before the Labyrinth. Now it's even harder. She gets back some of her HP and she hits harder. Again take take of the clones as quickly as you can by spamming Desert Wind and blocking in between charges. Be ready to have Illusion Sword read the moment her clones disappear. It will take a while but with patience you will emerge victorious. After a few scenes you will be able to collect all the Sun Key chests and two more from Johanna's house. Inside Johanna's house there are two chests containing LUNAR RIBBON and STAR TRAVELER'S OUTFIT. Head to Salgin and get the chest containing LUCKY CLOVER (Sun Key). Head for Zerard and check Pocacchio's Lab for a chest containing LAB COAT (Sun Key). In the right tower of the Gladius towers serach the third floor for a chest containing TRUMPET OF GLORY (Sun Key). Next head for Juraika to the Path to the Ruins and grab the chest in the large room to the right of the Endpoint teleporter for a NEBULA OPAL (Sun Key). On Vedan, in Myna grab the chest near the entrance to Cancer King Ruins for a DARK ONYX (Sun Key). In the Cancer King's Ruins there is a chest near the Throne Room containing MOEBIUS BATTERY (Sun Key). Now head to Alistia and search Lapatia Village for a chest containing LUCKY CLOVER x2 (Sun Key). Head to the Nalvasa Seaway and open the chest near the Midpoint teleporter for MERMAID'S SCALE (Sun Key). Now that that's all taken care of head to Rosa and to the Tablet Pit. Use the Eternal Keyplate at the "Thinking Circle". After a few small scenes you will be on the deck of the Dorgenark. End of Chapter Ten, The Illusory Oasis..
